INVITATION TO BID FOR DISPOSAL OF ASSETS

Isingiro District Local Government hereby informs the general public that, in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act (PPDA) 2003 (as amended), the District has commenced the disposal of assorted assets under the above procurement reference number.

The disposal process covers Lot 1 to Lot 94, comprising various unserviceable, obsolete, or surplus assets belonging to the District. All interested and eligible bidders individuals, companies, and community groups are invited to participate.

Inspection of Assets
The assets earmarked for disposal shall be available for inspection at their respective locations during official working hours. Interested bidders are encouraged to visit and verify the items before bidding.

Bid Documents
Bid documents and detailed lot descriptions may be obtained from the Procurement and Disposal Unit (PDU), Isingiro District Headquarters, upon payment of a non‑refundable fee as specified in the bidding document.

Submission of Bids
All completed bids must be properly sealed and delivered to the address indicated in the bidding document before the stated deadline. Late submissions shall not be accepted.

- The District reserves the right to accept or reject any bid in accordance with PPDA regulations.
- All bidders must comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the disposal document.
